The serial numbers starting with “N5B” and “N5V” cannot add software for the time being.

(Kindly ensure the serial number is activated and registered; otherwise, it will fail to add. Thank you!)
Or you can put your scanner serial number on order message when check out, we will authorize the software for your scanner within two days of receiving your serial number(except on holidays and weekends.).

3. NT510 Elite and NT530 Plus upgrade tools can only be installed via Windows 7 and above. Additionally, any software purchased separately cannot be returned or refunded once our technical team has authorized it for your serial number.
For the WIFI versions of NT710, NT530 Plus, and NT510 Elite, no registration is required. You do not need to download FoxAssist for registration or upgrades, as these devices have a built-in update tool. Simply connect to WIFI and go to the Update section to upgrade the software.
Update Steps:
1. Go to Settings, select and connect to an available WIFI network.
2. Navigate to Update, choose the software you want to update, then click Update or Select All to begin downloading.
